Poor service at cashbuild

Today I got the worse service at cashbuild Lebowakgomo I bought bricks and only half were delivered. Upon enquiry the manager was rude and said he doesn't know what to do because the bricks were still wet at the supplier and he said we are disturbing him as he is busy with his customers.how do you sell something that not even yet manufactured. I will never recommend cashbuild to anyone ever. The attitude is very bad not to mention the service.
