poor service

Good day, I went to cash build olievenhoutbosch the service is so poor service delivery which shows the manager he is not doing what he employed for cash build its big store to have one sells reap to attend to all the customers that come into the store, I was in the store almost one-hour just in a queue for two items and they where more than 20 people behind me, in this period of covid 19 we cant be in congested queues, please look in issues of the staffs if the store if it's understaffed.
