Poor service

I received the worst service ever twice.Drove all.The way from East London to Matatiele as I am busy with renovations.None of the staff members on the floor would help as they were busy with stock take.According to them they are not.allowed to assist.Second time around we needed a refund as.they did not have the ceiling length that we wanted.Sales Co coordinator by the name of Themba Majola could not be bothered.He was standing right close to us but he kept sending the assistant to address our query. Thanks a certain lady,probably in management she assisted.Our trip this time around was not.in vain
