Poor Service

I ordered at CashBuild online and everything was available at Alice store and everything went well, paid online. Now I received a message that my order is cancelled without any form of communication. I’m still wondering why they sent me a message when they are closing at 14h00 to enquire about this. Poor communication and they cancelled my order but have not reversed back my money. How pathetic. If the store does not want my money, they should atleast send me back my money to order to another store
