Poor service!!!!

We bought paving material on the 20th and today we went to pay the balance on the 23rd, the ladies at the cashiers are extremely RUDE!!! When I initially bought the material I was quoted an amount of R1178 per pile of paving bricks today when I went there I was quoted R1250 by just wanting a clear understanding from the cashiers they told me to go to hell and take my business somewhere else am not the only customer. Wow! Cashbuild is that how ur train your staff. Another man whom also came to purchase material was quoted a different amount just like me and when he questioned he was told the amounts are changed on the system and not at the shelves. Like what the Hell? ? I would like an explanation as to why are prices different from what is at the shelves and what we pay for. As for your staff Zintle is the worst employee and if u don't do serious customer service training with her Cashbuild you will loose alot of clients because of her. ZINTLE HARE HER JOB!
