Poor customer Service

Yesterday my husband and I went to cashbuild looking for a toilet,the toilet are packed just infront of the entrance so as we walked in the 1st time we saw them on the shelf looked around and there was literally nobody on the floor to assist us we then walked around looking for paint as well walked in and out of the isles still no one came to us to assist we then left , we came back again and we went straight to where the toilets are because the 1 we wanted was not on display we had to open the box which was heavy and it was a risk of getting ourselves hurt or let alone brake the toilet we had to remove it from the shelve an put it down open the box assembled the toilet infront of the store entrance still nobody came to assist even though they saw that we were opening the box some of the staff members were sitting outside enjoying the breeze under the gazebo they didn’t have name tags on when we went to pay for the toilet I had to take a picture of the barcode with my phone give it to the cashier she then asks me was there anybody assisting us on the floor I said No she asks me this evening though she saw us assembling the toilet by ourselves
