Poor client service

On the 3rd of Nov 8:40 am went to cashbuild Casteel to buy a net, found two employees, I asked them if they could assist me with a net. They asked someone who is not even working there to show me the nets, like I was so pazzled that the employees where not even willing to assist with carrying the net as it's heavy... The fact that they asked any person who was just shopping around to show me what I want is very disgusting and no client service at all... Something needs to be done... Left the shop without buying... Service is s o poor.
