Poor Bad Service Cashbuild Tzaneen

I have never experienced such a poor service in my life, very disappointing. They do not deserve even a single star. I bought bricks on 1 July. By mid July the bricks were still not delivered. They kept saying they delivering when when and the day comes, no delivery. When that happens nobody bothers to inform me of the change of plans. Eventually the bricks were delivered after a full 2 weeks of follow up calls, whatsapps etc. Wow, what was a relief my bricks were finally delivered, that was very short lived. The bricks were messed up terribly...every pallet had more that 20% of broken bricks, some were stuck together and break when we tried to seperate them. It was like they were not well cooked whatever the term they use, they were of poor quality and easy to break. I reported the matter on the 3rd or 4th week of July. After several follow ups, another two weeks of follow ups. I was promised two pallets to replace those. On 20 August, I was promised a delivery, never happened. I was called on 28 August and promised a delivery, again never happened. All these happens, no update, no feedback whatsoever. A full 2 months of up and down, calls but poor poor service is what I got. I am pieced, frustrated with the building progress severely affected. Buy at Cashbuild Tzaneen at your own risk.
