Phalaborwa cash build bad service

I have bought 120 bags of cement is days still waiting for delivery,Hezikiel Chauke promise but they don't deliver when I request to talk to the manager Hugh they don't know the surname Even the person pick up the phone.she refused for me to talk to the manager via the phone. This staff need training for customer service. Is bad service and this is not good for the company also the manager
