pension fund payout

<p>I've resigned on the 19th May 2017 and before I did I received information from payroll dept that my pension fund will be paid within 4 to 6 weeks but until now it hasn't been paid.I asked one of their branches to make follow up for me with the payroll dept and they provided me with the number to deal with Alexander Forbes on my own.</p> <p>When I phoned Alexander Forbes they said they don't have complete information about me, some of the documents are missing or were not provided by Cash build. </p> <p>I've debts to settle and also have to survive, so if my money is kept for so long and nobody is making follow ups to ensure that everything is going well how will I know when it's going to be paid out.</p> <p>When I joined Cashbuild I didn't know Alexander Forbes instead Cashbuild introduced me to Alexander Forbes but today I'm expected to deal with it alone.How possible is that? </p>
