Pathetic Service from the Sky City branch.
worst customer service received from cash build sky city mall. We have been waiting for plaster sand since morning, the attitude I've received from this guy that is answering their line there is pathetic, worse on women's day seems. Seems like this guy thinks this is his family store and I'm sure he thinks we are asking for this plaster sand for free when we actually paid for it. I'm really ****ed, he was even worse when we got to the store to query about the delay, he doesn't know how to speak and treat his customers. Cash build needs to train their staff on customer service. I'm really disappointed and ****ed off right now.

17 Aug 2019, 11:00I did get a call back from the manager there. All I can say is, they need to really train their staff on customer service, if the employee comes to work not feeling well or not in a good space they need to speak to their superior and maybe work at the back and not face customers. Let's hope their service and treating of the customers will get better.
