Pathetic service

I have never thought I will receive such a poor service from cashbuild in bergville as small business, considering the amount of money spend. It is disappointing that such big institutions doesn’t care about the needs of the customers regardless of the matter being escalated to the regional manager (Tommy) and the headoffice (Natasha).Business is not about accepting funds but also listening to the needs of the client. Macksons hardware is far better than cash build, I will never waste my hard earned money and time trying to support such a company.

Please fast track my refund in order to move funds to another institution that cares for its customers.
