pathetic service cash build Mitchell plain

<p>Good evening I went to cash build this afternoon with plans in hand for a quote on timber flooring. The sales man told me his very busy and don't have the time to assist me. He showed me papers on his desk and said it better for me to go too Build It they have a department that can help me. so off I went to Build It. The sales man there saw me coming in by the door asked if I was ok then I relaid my horrible customer service experience I had at cash build. He apologies to me and he assisted me and I gave him my business to the value of R11500. From now on with word of mouth I will refer all that I know to Build It. What pathetic customer service that in today current economic environment a sales man can show customers away from there doors. wow. ..</p>
