Passing the buck

My neighbour and I opend a joined account Cashbuild Mayfield to buy building material prior to building our wall , after settling the acount for material we needed . We were happy with delivery of our material since its was done so quick. However, We are so disappointed that we were ****** of 3 meter Building Sand that was delivered since it was Equivalent to 2 metter. I have engage Jabu who woks at the concern Branch to assist with her lady colleque.. to this date they have not return to me. Since they were not returing to me i had to buy another 1 meter if building Sand at Daveryton Build it. One meter Building sand bought there in size was the same ti 1 meter sand bought at build it daveyton.

I request here is that i need a refund for 1 building sand meter. Our customer number is S ********** 66 ..balance paid for our account was R 11033.00
