Passing the buck

I went to Cashbuild Mt Frere for building materials. Among the things I bought is a roof paint. I was assisted by a salesman with tag Luvalo. When we got to the till there was a lady Miss Diko, complaining about the merchandise she bought, it was terribly dirty and dented. It was roofkote she stood there waiting for membrane that blocked us from paying. Then my turn came, after some waiting. Still there was a delay until I gave R500 to the lady and waited in the car. Moments later, another staff member came to me stating that I need to pay R55 more, i got to the store,took this Anele to the isle where the paint was,the price shelftalker reflected R465.95 and he took it to a lady Bulie who referred us to another lady,Unathi and was thrown from pillar to post. I panicked and left and the arrangement was that after they have sorted the pricing they will deliver the goods to my place. At 9 this morning there was no word from Cashbuild, I drovethere still I was thrown from pillar to post,from Anele to Bulie, from Bulie to Unathi who even denied having been involved in that. Please attend to this. It's pathetic and this happens all the time with this store. These people needs customer care training, merchandising s****s and pricing.
