PAID IN CASH AND MATERIAL WONT BE RELEASED

<p>I have paid R28 000 to my account and Cash_Build Boitumelo Mall in Welkom says they are not able to realeases the material they await Head Office Approval as the account was locked. The challenege is that I need material today because I have contractors on-side and I cant not take responsibility of project delays.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid money precesly because of avoiding inconvinience. Cashbuy-yild is costing me I need my material ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is uncalled for. You lay-bye and you collect I dont understand why should i be delayed and incurrer cost. </p>
