Paid for goods but no delivery as promised

Bought & paid for goods on 22Nov18 to be delivered this morning as I had a day off & was not going to be home all day. Phoned this morning to query the time & was told between 1 & 2 which is not what was agreed to. Spoke to the manager who said he would sort it out. Nothing - not a word & no delivery. This is the 2nd time in a row with bad service & they will not get a 3rd. Never shop at the store again. The 1st time they actually delivered wrong items & broken & the manager had to bring to the correct item. There was no problem taking my money & that is where the service stops.
