Paid Cash Upfront but not delivery

On the 9th of May 2015 I processed payment into the roofbuild account for a roof construction. Roofbuild is a subsidiary of Cashbuild. Since then we have been going back and forth following their processes in order to deliver the roof and then install it. I was adviced that no work would commence unless full cash payment was made.<br> <br> It is a month exactly and to my knowledge to date nothing has happened. There hasn't been any feedback or any form managing my expectations. I have had to always call and check with them. Each time I check with them I would get empty promises.<br> <br> I would like a total refund so that I can find myself another roof construction company that cares about my needs.
