One week and three days later, still no delivery

I went to Cashbuild in Vosloorus on the 19th Dec 2015 to purchase building material. The cashier that assisted me explained that the material will be delivered on Monday since it was a Saturday and they do not deliver on weekends. She further explained that the Concrete Mix, Plaster and building sands are not available instore but outsourced from an external supplier however guaranteed me that the latest that those can be delivered would be before Christmas.
