No stock,wrong delivery

This is my final and last complaint from me being the 5th problem ,I am no longer doing bussines with Cashbuild Standerton for myself,friends and family.

My previous complaint was about skew timber which has not been resolved nor have I been given any feedback about my complaint ,no one made contact nothing...

Yesterday Saturday at 10h00 Cash build delivered zink sheets to my home,I was not home so my neighbour took delivery.

Upon ariving home I discovered IDR zink instead of corrugated zink which I asked and paid for.The zink I ordered is a bronze smoked zink that is transparent they were so scratched and mishandled I could not believe it.I phoned the manager and told her they delivered the wrong type of zink she then made a different delivery but then they only had 4 x 3.6 m lengths and not x5 lenghts like I am requiring.

Today I went to cashbuild and asked when will they be able to give me another lenght of zink,and guesse what...It will take 2 weeks to source STANDERTON CASHBUILD another lenght but when I paid this on thursday they said they had plenty in stock.

I dont know as I am not working in your supply chain nor purchasing but 2 weeks is a long time to wait for a lenght of zink.I asked for a refund and she gave me the refund.

I am disguisted with your service and dissapointed in your products and delivery.I can assure you I will no longer be a client and will make sure my family and friends dont have to suffer the issues I have been having with CashBuild.
