No delivery on time

I went to cashbuild on the 31st december 2017 to buy 30 cements, on the 2nd january 2018 i went in the morning to ask at what time will the delivery get to my home. I was told it will be delivered today on the 2nd January 2018. I went again at around 1 i spoke with one of the assistance who referred me to sales person called Billy, they told me the cements are packed and ready. Now its 16:48 no delivery.

So in other words i must use my fuel yet again to complain and not be assisted as they promise? This is very inconvience and i stay about 3 km from the shop
