No delivery as promised after 1 week.

I bought building material at Moloto cashbuild on the 17th of October 2015. The building material included timber which was not delivered. I called the store and was told that the timber was out of stock and they will deliver it immediately once they have it. I went to the store on the 25th October 2015 and they told me the stock has arrived but they can't deliver it since it was Sunday and promised to deliver it first thing on Monday morning. Monday morning they did not deliver as promised, called them and I was told that they are on the way to deliver, after a while I called again and requested to speak to the manager who could give me the exact time of delivery. Told them I need my delivery within 30 minutes since my house is 10 minutes away from them and the manager told me that it is impossible, asked her to give me delivery time frame and she said she can't give me the exact delivery time.
