No delivery after 5 days

On Moday 27 July 2015 I went to Cashbuild Tembisa to buy building materials. I was told the materials will be delivered on Thursday the 30th July 2015. The cashier even put that same date on the system and said that's when it will be delivered. I the asked the cashier if she's sure it will be Thursday, not a day sooner or later and she confirmed that it will be Thursday. I told her I wanted to be sure since I will have to arrange for someone to be home on that day to receive the delivery.<br> <br> On Thursday I arranged someone to come and wait for the delivery. When I came back later I found out there was no delivery made. I had to arrange a person for Friday again in case they come. I want to know how long must I wait before I get the delivery since no one contacted me about any delays. I had even arranged the builders to start on Friday as I was sure delivery will be done on Thursday.<br> <br> Why make promises you can't keep and when will my materials which have been fully paid for not yet being delivered? This is the worst service ever and it's disgusting. I want an update on when the delivery will be made. I can't arrange people to come and wait as it costs me money.
