No delivery.

I placed an order for cement and concrete mix on Sunday at your Greenstone branch and was promised delivery on Wednesday (Today).

After numerous calls to find out where my order is, the cement eventually arrivdd at 15:00 without the concrete mix.

I called at 16:00 and was promosed that delivery would still be done today. Based on that instructed my builders to come to work tomorrow to pour a slab.

Its now 22:30 and I still have no material. My builders will be here at 7:00 tomorrow and I have to pay them to stand around with their fingers up their asses waiting for you!
