No delivery

I bought building material from Cashbuild. I spoke to Davon and request my goods to be delivered on Tuesday. 10 November 2015. I stayed at home waiting for my delivery but no luck. I phoned following day and Davon told me that they stuck up because of rainy day but they will deliver. Stay at home again and a guy called me and said the driver will call me for directions but never received a call. I went to Cashbuild myself today and ask for Davon as I dealt with him already. A lady called him. He came not greeting the customer which was me standing and waiting for him. He went straight to his desk and busy on his PC with a quote. The lady asked me if he helped me. I told the lady that I'm still waiting for him and the lady reminded him then he cameto me. I ttold him that I am still waiting for my delivery. He asked me if my goods were not delivered because the goods were loaded already yesterday. He phoned the driver who claim that the truck broke and they are waiting for someone to bring the part and fix the truck. He told me they will deliver my goods today or tomorrow morning without apologising to me as a customer. Which I feel so disappointed especially from Store Manager.
