No delivery

Hi I bought materilal on Sunday 07/06/2015 at cashbuild Meadowlands, I have not received any of the material bought , I called them on 11/06/2015 which I spoke to Morena , who told me a story about their trucks, which I don't see how is that my problem since I paid for my goods and needed to use ugently, he advised me that the goods will be delivered which i still got home no Delivery . That is problem with businesses managed by black people as loyal client I am extremely angry and dissapointed in service received .My customer number is CISO***. Should I have known that cahbuild is ****ed up business I would have taken my money somewhere else.
