New bakkie damaged by forklift

On Saturday the 15th of June I bought 20 bags of cement at the Cashbuild Uitenhage branch. Their staff loaded the cement onto my bakkie with the help of a forklift. The person driving the forklift didn't pay attention to what he was doing and he hit the cattle rails of my brand new 2019 Isuzu Fleetside safety. We called the manager to complain about the dents in my cattle rail. The supervisor said the dents in my cattle rail was the way the cattle rail was manufactured, which is a lie. The forlift driver solidly hit my bakkie with the pellet of cement. The bakkie jerked forward from the impact. I didn't get an appology from the forklift driver nor his supervisor. They denied the damage was due to the impact of the forklift and they were completely indifferent about the fact that they just damaged my property. I will never buy from Cashbuild again.
