Nasty manager

In December I made a total purchase of just over 50 000 at cash build makhaza in that purchase there were two wheel barrows which did not even last a month and they were damaged due to factory fault I returned the wheel barrows and the management that was in store by the name DEE VEEVERDINARD refused to take the wheel barrows and said they were overused I failed to understand this as what is the purpose of a wheel barrow? I mean the wheel barrows had not even lasted a month, I then left the wheel barrow at the store and asked to be contacted by someone superior nothing has been done about the situation to date.
