****MED BY CASHBUILD NORTHAM

On the 29 August 2024 I bought 110 IBR'S at cash build Northam. I paid for 0.4mm IBR's, only to have 0.38mm delivered without any warning. I went back to the store to tell them that they had deliver 0.38mm instead of 0.4mm. I was told to come back the following day as they still want to get clarity from their Head Office. The following day I went to the store to hear what they have to say about my Ibr's. The manager told me that they spoke to head office, and they confirmed that they don't have 0.4mm and buy law they are allowed to sell 0.38 with the price of 0.4mm. i asked why wasn't I that they only have 0.38 so I can decide if I want to take them or not. To my Suprise everyone in the store didn't know that they are actually selling 0.38 and not 0.4mm.

I told them to come and collect their IBR's and refund me my money. The manager told me that they don't collect, they only deliver and if I want my refund, I should bring back those IBR 's and they will process my refund.

I had to hire a truck to and paid the 1500 to go and collect those IBR'S back to Cashbuild. I was promised that i will get my money, which they only paid back on the 13.08.2024.

My builders have been waiting and charging me each and every day while I'm waiting for Cashbuild to pay me back me.
