Level of Service is Shocking : Empty Promises
My partner bought material at Lady Frere branch on the 19th September 2024, She paid for 26 Roof Iron sheets only 2 were delivered, due to Branch being out of stock. Today is the 3rd of December 2024 almost three months.
This kind of service is appalling, no communication whatsoever they only took the money and went silent.
According to her schedule the roof should have been done by now, The other roof material that was delivered is getting damaged due to bad weather conditions and this is causing a dent financially.
Can this be sorted ASAP.
