Late delivery and bad customer service

Cashbuild dawnpark has a bad service and poor management.I paid for my order on Friday and i was told that zone 1 delivery takes 2 day, i went to check my order on Monday and i was told that they will deliver the next morning Tuesday at 9am because they didn't have the cement i ordered. i order 5 bags of concrete mix and 200 pavement bricks.i asked to arrive late at work and waited for them. By the time they arrived at 2pm i was already at work. I then told them that i will take a day off on Wednesday they can come anytime during the day. I waited until 5pm. I went to the shop and i was told that they didn't find me. I got a bad attitude from the workers,They didnt even see a need to explain to me or apologies, i asked to be refunded my money. The Manager was there and he did nothing about it and the fact that money is leaving his shop.
