Lake of Integrity and Excellence. poor Service.

very very very bad service. they hire *********** employees, they lake integrity and excellence. two days back i ordered 35 cement and other things. they were delivered the next day. however because i trusted them and fully knowing that i'm working with a professional business. i was shocked what i found. 29 cement were in good quality, however 6 cement were hard as a rock, this was discovered by my builders. i called them immediately about the incident, they promise to pick up those 6 cement. the day ended. no phone call, no nothing. as calm as i was, i called them again the next morning, same promise but no truck came to fetch the cement. no apology no nothing. this is the worst service i have ever received in my life... this is just a informal complain.. am about to call their head office... this is no how you treat your customers.
