Jane Furse store assistants not helpful

I sent someone to buy paint worth R16k in the Jane Furse store and the experience has been terrible to say the least. The staff lie about things they don't have so if you're not knowledgeable about what you're buying the store assistants take advantage. We asked for advice from the staff using colours we wanted on walls using pictures from their flyers and they straight up gave us wrong things. We painted our interior with an unintended colour, now we are doing the hard labour of returning other paints with colours that we simply can't compromise on. It's terribly disappointing especially considering that I spent no less than R50k in this store overall.
