Jane furse cashbuild your service is pathetic,i want my money

Im so disappointed with the kind of service i received from cashbuild jane furse,i have asked my little brother to go and buy me 10 pallets of bricks last month since i am nor around i gave him cash and my id so that he can make the purchases on my behalf.Now its 3 weeks and they only informed me on monday when i called to enquire on delivery that they do not have the stock and i requested for a refund they say they can only refund the person who made the payment through his account.My brother doesn't have a bank account and im in a different province hence i have send him with my id to make that transaction on my behalf now i have to wait for more weeks to get my money so that i can buy else where,im ****ed my constructors are threatening to leave my project because im inconveniencing them,
