Incorrect Delivery Times Leading to Additional Costs

Apparently Cashbuild promises customers that deliveries of ordered products from them are delivered within 48 hours. I paid and ordered some paving equipment from Cashbuild on 08/03/2018. Some of the ordered products were delivered on 10/03/2018 however not all of the ordered products including the important and required products have still not been delivered by 12/03/2018. Cashbuild should not promise customers delivery times which are incorrect. I had to pay my builders more for the time spent not doing anything because of false promises from Cashbuild Ennerdale. I also spoke to the manager at Cashbuild Ennerdale and he also informed me on the 10/03/2018 that everything would be delivered on the day, but till today, not all the products have been delivered.
