Incorrect bricks oder.

Hi. I called Cashbuild Olievenhoutbosch on the 19nth to inquire and buy small cement bricks, the gentleman explained that they don't have eft services, he said i must buy online, so online it does not give you the option to purchase the bricks as " direct", is only sigles, so i payed R15050,00. Today i get a call that the guy is delivering the bricks per 500 pallet, & they want to through my whole yard, 7000 bricks scatted, i called n i spoke a Raymond in the store, he said they will make the sale as direct, and mind you, direct is lesser than instore, so i asked when cN that happen, he said by 15h30, he never called back, i called them from 15h30 until now with no response, please help
