I would like too get the product i paid for

My name is Zama Mvelase I bought and pd for building material from cash build in Ladysmith .The quote was received i accepted it and confirmed the order .The order was pd for in full and as the store has a 90day policy to collect goods i arranged for my order to be delivered it is now 60days since i ordered and today i received a call from the cash build in Ladysmith a sales person Mandisa informed me that because i did not pay for one of the items on the quote i was supposed to come and pay fore it a toilet set .I advised that that the entire order was paid for and now 60days later they come back to tell me to pay again .I disputed this however without resolution .I asked for an invoive to show it wasnt pd for aswell as a delivery note that showed it wasnt delivered .This is unacceptable this lacko f service delivery or any service please assist
