I opened in an account with cashbuild in mind to upgrade my home I have never used the card since I opened it the account all I did was sent money so last weekend I went to check on my account and I was told that I have no money in my card so today I went to to look at the camera's and it shows a man asking a customer if the customer could swipe and give him cash which to me that is ***** when we talked to the employees at cashbuild all they say is they don't know what to do will make a plan so please if anyone can help me because I am young so maybe they taking advantage of that but if anyone can help me find help to get back my money I would love that thank you
