horrible service

i bought the goods on the 18th of february as i was promised that delivery will take place on the same day. to my suprise only half of the goods where delivered . till to this day i havent received the outstanding goods. i have been calling cash build Lichtenburg daily and they promised that it will be delivered on the day. i asked for my refund as now i m paying my workers though the is no material as they pitch to work daily then i was told that i have to submit a bank statement and it will take few days for the money to reflect on my account. i was talking Joseph at lichtenburg brach. i m very frustrated at the moment.
