horrible experience with your management

Horrible experience as Cashbuild Everton mall... Parked my car outside the entrance of Cashbuild only to find my car back handle broken , they say its not their problem and I should report my matter to the mall security management team, who were also useless. they allow these car guards to watch the cars in the mall yet when something goes wrong no one is willing to take responsibility. very disappointed and have a good mind to open a case on you guys as there should be cameras on the premises.. It was Cashbuild's parking area and feel that they should at least take some level of responsibility for the my car handle.
