Good response from manager

I just want to congratulate manager Raesetja from siyabuswa cashbuikd, 1 of the consultant disrespected my father at their store n a week later I went to Complain n I was welcomed by Manager Raesetja ,the respect she gave me, she even went as far as calling my father to reassure him that he is welcomed at the store , unfortunately my father didn't know the guy n he couldn't even read the name tag. But I'm very happy with how she handled the matter n my material was delivered monday morning as agreed. Thank you miss manager n keep up the good work
