Frustrated client

On Sunday i ordered goods at cashbuild Groblersdal.When i asked Enny when will they deliver she told me to wait for a call.Then this morning i made a follow up from their link.Still i was told also to wait for a call.How long should i wait for my goods to be delivered.Im now disgusted by the service and reply i always received from cashbuild.I already paid in cash.
