Frustrated

I bought 20000 bricks from Krugersdorp cash build , I went there to arrange for delivery they sent me back and said I must bring the ID now they delivered at the wrong address and they damaged my garden and stepping stones. I spoke to the manager and he said there's nothing they can do and insisted to refund me . What about the damaged they caused who's going to pay for it. And now I'm going to spend the whole weekend with the bricks in my garden.
