From poor service to good service

Cash Build Hillfox My previous review of Hillfox was a one star for poor service. Monday I received a call from management to confirm what had happened and assure me the matter would be looked into and this is not how they want clients to be handled. There are procedures for unhappy clients and the staff did not follow them. I replaced the order after the branch manager contacted me and then received the quality service that I expect from Hillfox. My thanks to management and the fact that they want to hear when service is not up to standard in order for them to intervene.
