<p>Now I have made up my mind and want every cent I paid into Cashbuild@Meadowlands account(R127 822.56). I'm no longer interested on the difference anymore, I WANT IT ALL this time. It is clear that they DON'T CARE about their customers. I mean I have tried to be patient with them for a very very long time and now that I have exhausted all the options, I'm going to pursue LAWSUIT if they don't pay me back all my money(R127 822.56)</p> <p>Below is the communication/mail I sent them on the 19th/08/2016</p> <p>Hi, I VINCENT on the 22nd March 2016 made a transaction of R127 822.56 to purchased building material at CashBuild Meadowlands as per quotation, instead of cashbuilt opening an account for me I was given a reference number 2245 and I then added the quotation number as highlighted(2245/QTS ********** 379) thinking that it will make the job easier for cashBuild to pick up my quotation. Upon enquiry I found out that the reference number was linked to the account of the builder without my concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>With reference to the above, Cashbuild@Meadowlands conducted this transaction *********, compromised company policy and my privacy by moving my funds to builders account without my concern, therefore I cannot continue doing business with people I cannot trust(Cashbuild) and request that they refund me the money due to me (R86115.76). I repeat again this time in writing, I’m a very very disappointed I must say but I’m a reasonable man, name and shaming the company(Cashbuild Meadowlands), going in public/media and lawsuit is not something I’m thinking about at the moment because I’m expecting Cashbuild to take full responsibility of what happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your prompt respond will be highly appreciated…..</p>
