Faulty CRI pump

I purchased a CRI pump from Cashbuild Hillfox to connect to my watertank. I assembled the pump, used it for less than 5 minutes, and then did not use it for around a month. When I used it after a month the pump kept on tripping the power and I returned it to Cashbuild, who in turn returned it to Wartog Agencies. I then get told the pump was pumping dirty water? (PS my tank has a filter before water is entered into the tank.) Then I get told the client connected the pump incorrectly? Then I get told the client broke the seal, etc etc etc. After a big fuss and 3 weeks later I collected the pump from Cashbuild Hillfox. Once again the pump was not assembled, so I requested that, "since the client connected the pump incorrectly", I insist they connect it, which Wartog agencies then refused to do. Overall, a very disappointing experience with Wartog agencies. Hope to never do business with them again
