FAR SUPERIOR [and cheaper] THAN ITS COMPETITORS

I am building at my home in the Karoo, between Colesberg and Burgersdorp. Cashbuild Colesberg was the cheapest on goods and less than half the price for delivery. Not only that but they offload their truck unlike their closest competitor in Burgersdorp [which is in fact 15 kms closer than Colesberg], who expect the client to offload the goods from their truck. My order had to be delivered in two loads.

There was a communication problem with my 1st delivery and to compensate me for the inconvenience, Pierre Wiese [manager at Cashbuild Colesberg] refunded me the delivery charge.

This is excellent customer service, in my book.

Guess where I will be buying all my building supplies from now on?
