Extremely poor service and delivery delays – Cashbuild Tibane

I am very disappointed with the service from Cashbuild Tibane. I placed an order for face bricks and was promised delivery, but I have been waiting the whole day with no delivery for a week and half now and no proper communication. Today From 12:00 until 17:00, there was no update at all, despite me having other commitments.

I was given excuses about truck issues, which is unacceptable for such a big company, especially when the delivery location is only about 20km away. Customers should not suffer because of poor planning and lack of communication.

This experience has wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. Cashbuild Tibane seriously needs to improve their customer service, communication, and delivery reliability. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
