Excellent service after complaint about taps
I would like to extend my gratitude to all who were involved in resolving my complaint. I got home last night and found that the taps had been replaced. Special thanks to Jeffrey from the Ontdekkers branch who ensured that he keeps me in the loop all the way. I am not sure how many times he called me to do just that. Jeffrey's service is impeccable. Cashbuild has an extremely valuable asset in him. Well done to all.
