Everything is a mess. Shut the doors and retrain your people

Kanti what is price beat? I've been told that Cashbuild does it, seemingly they are just faking "Game's" marketing. I went there to buy the white interior door, I brought them a catalogue and a quote from their competitor. They couldn't for they told me that bona they call that door Tudor door and the competitor called it Cape Dutch...please fill me in. It's the same thing for crying out loud.

Number 2 On this very same day I bought a lock there and it was fixed and broke on the very same night. The builder was still here, he can confirm that.

Number 3 Later on that day I went there to buy the wave decor cornice and wanted it's adhesive. There was mts ********** 101831 adhesive 1litre that I wanted. We had to stand for minutes and minutes as the item "was not listed" one guy suggested I pay R30 and as I was paying the other shouted "who received this stock?" I stood there helplessly with my builder. Ultimately I requested they give me a call the following morning as they are aware that my builder is not from around and travels everytime he comes here. I have let my builder go and to come back when Cashbuild is ready to sell me the adhesive.

MY SUGGESTION Is that you close this branch maybe it would be better if we drive to Mthatha or Kokstad for better customer service. No one in their right state of mind would ask a customer who received an unlisted item. No. I would appreciate it if I can get answers or maybe take my suggestion. I mean I've been a loyal customer of yours, having built my three houses through cashbuild.
